Because his time and energy is focused 100% on working for people selling real estate, he is able to provide an unparalleled level of marketing service to our clients. In addition because, Chris does not work on behalf of buyers, you can be assured you will have a professional in your corner, who is working solely towards your best interests.
Our Buyer’s Agents, Esther Fenton & Darin Oscienny, are professional Realtors who find immense satisfaction helping our clients find the right home. While their styles may differ in some ways, their commitment to integrity, honesty and hard work are fundamentally the same. Because Esther and Darin work exclusively on behalf of buyers, they are always immersed in the real estate market. They make sure our clients are aware of new listing often before the for-sale sign goes up. A prerequisite to being a great Buyer’s Agent is genuinely caring about helping people. Our Team Administrator, Joanne Morrison, is another specialist and an invaluable member of the team. Joanne ensures that every step of the process runs smoothly and professionally for our clients. In addition to serving in an administrative role for our clients, she also makes sure that every member of the team is empowered to focus their energy on achieving the best outcome for our clients.
