So Meagan, thank you for welcoming us to your business. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Thanks Chris, I grew up in the coastal town of Campbell River on Vancouver Island and I've been in Port Alberni for 20 years now. I love with my husband and my two daughters and I have my business out of my home, here on Mersey Road.
Please share with is the origin of McLellan & Co.
I originally was working at RBC for about 13 years and left to have two beautiful little girls and I've had a lifelong passion for interior design and COVID hit and so I started a home based business where I sell home décor and lifestyle products from our house.
Tell us a little bit about McLellan & Co.
Well at McLellan & Co we have a full lifestyle and home décor boutique. We also operate online and we also are proud to offer interior design and decorating services. McLellan & Co. is also home to the Mersey Acres Market, which happen in the summer time, we did 5 this past summer and we have 1 more coming up next month, a mini Mersey Acres Market.
Give me an idea of some of the things you sell in the shop.
We sell everything from pillows and throws to accessories and kitchen ware and everything for entertaining and tablescaping and things for self-care.
Lastly, please tell us your location and when you're open.
We are located at 5790 Mersey Rd, it's only a couple minutes from town. We do offer appointment shopping and try to open most Saturdays.
